Effective January 1, 2025, our late fee charge will increase from 2.5% to 10% for outstanding balances of $50.00 and over. 
 
You can avoid this increase from affecting you by clearing your balance by the last day of each month. If you pay via a third-party partner, please aim to pay at least three (3) days prior to the last day of each month to be in the clear.
