‘MyOffice’ from Cable & Wireless now available in St. Lucia

The Solution known as ‘MyOffice’ will replace the growing number of ageing telephone systems while catering to the growing technology needs of small, medium and large businesses. Speaking at the ‘MyOffice’ Business Solutions seminar recently at the Sandals Halcyon, Director of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Hospitality Solutions at CWC Business Solutions, Craig Schnoor, said the new unified communications technology goes well beyond the plain business telephone system. He said the Solution will revolutionise the way business gets done; allowing for faster, more efficient and seamless business communication designed to improve productivity and cut costs. “We are taking the strength of two very powerful vendors – Avaya and Juniper – along with the strength of our experience, then extending both to modernise the way all business in St. Lucia gets done,” explained Schnoor. CWC Business Solutions will offer locally-trained support teams to install and optimise the new Solution, while making it scalable to grow with the needs of businesses.
